The Atlanta Hotel**** „Dampfmühle“ originates from an old steam-run grain processing mill.
The location now offers a modern hotel - restaurant in the town center of Neukirchen-Vluyn. It´s quiet settings and public transport near by is ideal to discover the major cities cologne (Köln), Dusseldorf, Essen, Oberhausen and Duisburg.
Our hotel offers 48 modern designed, comfortable double-rooms, 27 spacious suites and our superb wellness suite. In our hotel complex, we have the outstanding "Jule´s" restaurant, which offers daily fresh regionla and Italian cuisine. Enjoy an unforgetable evening in romantic ambiance. Our entire staff is goal is to pamper you and make you feel like home so you join the group of returning guests.
Our house offers 6 banquet rooms (each with daylight) for 10 - 120 person - events such as conferences, training seminars and weddings.
Our cozy lounge with "Atlanta Bar" invites you to try an aperitif, degestif, Espresso or a bottle of our well stocked wine collection.
Fascinating shopping experiences like the CentrO in Oberhausen, the exquisite shopping street or longest Bar in the world in Dusseldorf, Cologne´s old city destrict are only 30 minutes away. The Dusseldorf Trade fair is 20 Minutes via car.
A Highlight for kids is the Zoo in Duisburg. For culture enthusiasts, there is a wide variety nearby to choose from. Examples are the Industrial monument in Duisburg, the Roman Ruins in Xanten, textil producing city Krefeld, the nature reserve "Nettetal Schwalmtal" and the old brewery Diebels in Issum are must to see in the Niederrhein region.
Excusions via bycicle or foot are worth doing in the Summer months. Enjoy the atmosphere of nature "untouched", past grassy fields, creeks and remote forest paths.
